Effective January 1, 2012 water and sewer rates increased to the following:

Residential Flat Rate:

                        Water                           $46.30 per month
                        Sewer                           $34.26 per month

 Commercial Sprinkler:                  $62.88 per month

 Vaillancourt Trailer Park

                        Water                            $46.30 per month
                        Sewer                            $34.26 per month

 Commercial Metered:

            Up to 500,000 gallons              $6.43/ 1000 gal.
            500,000 – 6 million                  $5.07/ 1000 gal.
            Over 6 million gallons               $3.85/ 1000 gal.

Monthly service charge by size in inches:

3/4 inch                                    $     6.28 per month
1 inch                                        $   12.55 per month
1 1/2 inches                            $    25.11 per month
2 inches                                    $    50.22 per month
3 inches                                    $ 100.43 per month
4 inches                                    $ 200.86 per month
6 inches                                    $ 401.72 per month

 South Highway Metered:                    $725/ 1000 gal

Sewer is now 75% of water.
