Effective July 1, 2009 water and sewer rates increased to the following:

Residential Flat Rate:

                        Water                           $35.08 per month
                        Sewer                           $24.56 per month

 Commercial Flat Rate:

                        Water                            $36.41 per month
                        Sewer                            $25.49 per month

 Commercial Sprinkler:                  $53.13 per month

 Vaillancourt Trailer Park

                        Water                            $35.08 per month
                        Sewer                            $19.08 per month

 Commercial Metered:

            Up to 500,000 gallons              $5.50/ 1000 gal.
            500,000 – 6 million                  $3.68/ 1000 gal.
            Over 6 million gallons               $2.38/ 1000 gal.

 South Highway Metered:                    $6.67/ 1000 gal

Sewer is now 70% of water.
